I went vegetarian last Summer and at the same time I cut right back on dairy. Two months ago I decided to completely cut out dairy and eggs and I haven’t looked back since. Hi lovely people, sorry I went missing for a while. Its been a hectic few months, but of the good variety. Things have been going well. Its Summer in Ireland so with the lovely weather and the sunshine, I think that always gives everyone a little boost. The joys of a bit of Vitamin D, eh?!
This photo that I am sharing today was taken in Dundalk, Co Louth. We went away for the long weekend and it was so nice to have a change of scenery and be by the coast.
